Prime Meridian Bank Directors are local community and business leaders with significant ties to the Tallahassee area. They believe in making positive investments in our community by focusing on the region's specific banking needs.
Sammie D. Dixon, Jr., Chief Executive Officer and President, began his banking career in 1997 and is a former CEO in a regional holding bank company. Mr. Dixon serves on the board of Big Bend Hospice and is a member of the Rotary Club of Tallahassee.
Chris L. Jensen, Jr., Executive Vice President and Senior Lender, has over 35 years of lending experience, board member now for ELC, President of the Board for Suwannee River Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, President of the Board of Directors for Young Actors Theatre, and still board member with Goodwill Industries of the Big Bend.
Kathleen C. Jones is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mrs. Jones has over 36 years of banking experience, and retired from her previous position in 2007 where she served as North Florida Senior Vice President and Senior Banking Operations Manager. She is a 1978 graduate of Florida State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She is also a 1988 graduate of the Graduate School of Banking of the South in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Mrs. Jones sits on the Board of Tree House of Tallahassee, Inc. and is an active member of the Thomasville Road Baptist Church.

Richard A. Weidner, CPA, is the Chairman of the Board and a Managing Member of Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC, working out of the firm's Tallahassee office. In 2002, that firm acquired Williams, Cox, Weidner & Cox, PA, which Mr. Weidner helped found in 1970. Mr. Weidner previously served as an Advisory Board member for a regional bank. Mr. Weidner is a past Treasurer of the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, past President of the Tallahassee YMCA, and Treasurer of the Maclay School Board of Directors. He has also served on the Leon County Library Advisory Board and was a United Way Campaign Captain. He also currently sits on the Tallahassee Community College Foundation Board of Directors.
William D. Crona, CPA, retired from a 23 year career with the accounting firm of Law, Redd, Crona and Monroe, CPAs in Tallahassee, Florida. He currently is a private financial consultant and investor in Tallahassee. Mr. Crona serves on the Boards of the Apalachee Land Conservancy, Manchebo Beach Resort Hotel, Calloway Corporation, TEC Incorporated, and SAVA.
Steven L. Evans is a former IBM executive, retiring after a 30-year career. Having served on multiple private and public sector Boards of Directors, Steve, Linda and their family have lived in Tallahassee for over 20 years.
R. Randy Guemple, CPA, is a retired bank Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Guemple is an active member of the Tallahassee Kiwanis Club and serves on the board of the Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Foundation, Elder Care Services, Inc., and the Southern Scholarship Foundation.
Robert H. "Rip" Kirby is a partner in Rehab Technologies, LLC, a provider of durable medical equipment. He currently serves on the Boards of Maclay School, Tall Timbers Research Inc., and is actively involved in a variety of other industries including mortgage brokerage and timber.
Frank L. Langston is a principal owner of TALCOR Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc., a Certified Commercial Investment Member of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute, member of the Florida CCIM's, Florida and Tallahassee Boards of Realtors. Mr. Langston is active in many youth sports programs and is active in his local church.
Todd A. Patterson, D.O., is an osteopathic physician and the President of Pediatrix of Florida, Inc., his Tallahassee-based practice. He is one of the founders of the Tallahassee Ronald McDonald House. Dr. Patterson received his Bachelors degree from Hobart & William Smith College in Geneva, New York and his Doctorate of Osteopathy from the College of Osteopathic Medicine & Surgery, Des Moines, Iowa.
L. Collins Proctor is a partner in RED BRICK Partners, LLC, a Tallahassee based development and private equity firm. Mr. Proctor is a former banker and commercial real estate brokerage franchise owner. He also serves as a board director for the Tallahassee Downtown Improvement Authority, The Exchange Club of Tallahassee, and the Vestry at Saint John's Episcopal Church.
Garrison A. Rolle, M.D., is an orthopedic surgeon who joined the Tallahassee Orthopedic Group in 1997. He has served on a regional bank's Advisory Board since 2004. In 1990, Dr. Rolle received his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Florida. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Children's Home Society.
Steven D. Smith is the owner and operator of a number of Krispy Kreme Doughnut franchises in the panhandle of Florida and Alabama. He has also served as a director for a bank in Marianna Florida. Mr. Smith also owns a number of other local businesses.
Marjorie Turnbull presently provides consulting services to non-profit organizations in board and staff development and fund raising. She is a former member of the Florida House of Representatives and the Leon County Commission. Mrs. Turnbull also served as Vice President of Institutional Advancement and Executive Director of the Tallahassee Community College Foundation. She has served in a leadership capacity on numerous state and community boards, including as past President of the Challenger Learning Center.
