Construction-to-Perm Financing

When you're ready to start building, contact us, and one of our construction-to-permanent loan experts will walk you through the details. Also known as construction-to-perm, this type of loan is used to finance the construction of a home. When the home is complete, it converts into a permanent mortgage loan. The process is similar to the standard home loan process. As with a standard mortgage, you'll need to have the appropriate down payment and funds to cover the closing costs. FHA Loans

FHA Loans are insured by the Federal Housing Administration and offer a wide range of flexibility for borrowers.
